Into your ears: What music are you listening to and is it nourishing your soul?
In through your skin: What cancer –causing substance are you putting on your skin or under your arms?
In through your body: What is carcinogenic in your environment: Cell phone? Power lines? Microwave tower?
In through your mind: What habitual thoughts do you allow to sulk around in your brain? What emotional guilt is undermining your sense of self-worth and will to live?

A friend gave me a copy of ‘Health News’ –  an international little newspaper – which highlighted all the harmful ingredients in personal care products that we all use every day!  It enlightened and reminded me of why I choose to use Neways products marygray.myneways.com.au – a much safer alternative than most products on the market today!

I read that most companies use slick advertising with buzzwords like ‘natural’ or ‘hypoallergenic’ on the front of a skin care product, when in actual fact, they may not be either of these things.  There are no industry-wide standards for what the ‘natural’ refers to.    Most enlightened people’s standards today are likely to be a lot higher than those of the decision-makers at the cosmetic companies who are guarding their Christmas bonuses more carefully than they’re guarding your health.

Mental Attitude:

Taking care of you – Great Ways to Self-Nurture

  1. Seek Solitude (meditate, go within and get creative, try a fun excursion by yourself.
  2. Use Positive Affirmations (make a conscious choice to be happy)
  3. Take a long hot bath (add soft music and candlelight for ambience or some relaxing aromatherapy.
  4. Have a cup of your favourite coffee or tea.
  5. Spend time in nature (walk in the sunshine, spend time near the water, cloud watching or enjoy a sunset)
  6. Get a massage (touch can be very healing).
